I can’t find my tickets?

All ticket purchasers are immediately emailed an order confirmation when their order is placed. If you haven’t received an email (and checked your spam folder), please contact us to update your contact info.

How do we check-in?

This event operates on a guest list, therefore ticket purchasers simply need a photo ID to check-in. 

You do not need physical tickets for the event. Please use the elevators or stairs and make your way to lower level to check-in.

We recommend arriving 30-40 minutes before showtime. 

Check-in and drink service begins 30 minutes prior to showtime. You may check-in to reserve your seats and then enjoy the bar or lounge prior to showtime. 

Can we refund our tickets or change our showtime/seating?

Due to the limited seating and showtimes, all sales are final.

If you purchased tickets as a gift or need to transfer to another party, please have them check-in under the purchaser name.

Do you have a waitlist?

I was holding tickets in my cart, why are they no longer available?

Holding tickets in the cart does not guarantee reservations. 

In the past, we’ve experienced users holding large quantities of tickets across multiple devices without intent of purchasing – stopping others from securing tickets. To prevent this, only orders that are fully completed are confirmed.


Why can I only order in even numbers?

Due to the layout of the seating in our showroom, we only can seat groups in even numbers. Large groups may sit together (assuming they check-in early before the show).

Tickets prices are listed per person but sold in pairs.
